International Orders: Free express shipping on orders over $300 USD.

Flat Fee Shipping:

  • Asia: $16 USD
  • Australia & New Zealand: $36 USD

Our flat rate fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on your shipping address. For the most accurate quote, proceed to checkout and enter your complete address.

International Taxes & Duties

Please note that your order and shipping cost do not include any taxes or duties that may be imposed by customs authorities upon delivery in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and knowledge of any applicable taxes and duties is recommended.

For further information on potential duties and taxes payable before receiving your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly. These regulations vary significantly by country.

Please be aware that refusing to pay customs taxes or duties may result in the parcel being returned to REJINA. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge any associated return shipping fees.

International Customs Holds

Estimated delivery times do not account for any customs delays or holds. If you haven't received your parcel within the estimated timeframe, and haven't been contacted by your local customs department or postal service, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you in investigating the matter.

Dispatch Times

Under normal circumstances, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of being received.

Peak Season Notice

During peak periods, order fulfillment and dispatch may take up to 10 business days. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Returns Policy

All full-priced purchases are eligible to be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days for International orders. Please email customer care hello@rejinaofficial.com  to request a return. Ensure you include your order number and clear reasoning for returning the product in your email so that we can process your return quickly for you.

Eligible Items for Return or Exchange:
  • New, unused, unwashed items with original tags attached.
  • Items purchased within the past 30 days.
  • Items accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Exceptions 

  • All handbag and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once you've sent us an email, our customer care team will approve your return and you can then send your item/s back to us. Your return will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and you'll receive an email with details of your exchange or store credit voucher.

Returns Postage

Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note/refund.

Please note we DO NOT issue refunds unless items are confirmed faulty by our returns team.

Refunds

We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes instances where a style does not suit you, did not fit you how you expected it to, and any reason other than where our returns team assesses an item as faulty.
